Baked for Sofia is a boutique, artisan, wholesale bakery specialising in sourdough breads. Offering a unique, colorful product, creating a healthier option combining old world skills with new techniques. ** ALL customers that would like to order bread MUST have their orders in 48 hours prior to their scheduled date of delivery by 12pm that day. This excludes Monday delivery as we need orders submitted by Friday 12pm and Tuesday delivery as we need orders submitted by Saturday 12pm.** We do not order any extra and want to ensure all customers have their selected breads freshly made.

100% Australian growing unbleached flour Pre-fermented dough (flour + water overnight) flour, water, salt Mix grain seeds: Rye grain, oats, sunflower seeds, poppy seeds, chia seeds, soy, sesame and corn Size: 780g (before baking) CONTAINS WHEAT & GLUTEN May contain traces of soy, sesame, dairy product and eggs. This product does not contain any Genetically Modified food (GMO) organism. Directions for Storage: When kept sealed in a bag, product can be used fresh within 3 days. Can be freezed.

  • All orders over $60.00 will be eligible for FREE DELIVERY.

  • ALL BREAD ORDERS AND 2.8KG PASTA ORDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED 48 HOURS IN ADVANCE BY 12PM. For Monday delivery, please submit by Friday 12pm, for Tuesday delivery, please submit by Saturday 12pm. No late orders will be accepted. 

  • ALL PICKUP CUSTOMERS from our warehouse can use the coupon 'PICKUP5' at checkout to automatically recieve a 5% discount on your order. This discount does not apply to items that are already on special. We apologise for the continuous infrastructure problems on Dynon Rd.
